About Cook Curry Surrey

Good quality nutritious and delicious food has always been a passion for me. I studied Nutrition at University and pursued a career in Industry and in the NHS as a Dietitian.

My love of Indian Cuisine has grown over the years, I try new recipes every week and I have built up a huge repertoire of tried and tested dishes. My aim is always to keep it quick and easy with perfect results. Some recipes are very traditional and some are more modern with a twist. Start with a refreshing carrot and coconut soup or begin with an old faithful such as Onion Bhajis. Move on to main courses such as succulent and rich Butter Chicken, creamy Kormas, tangy Tikkas, spicy Rogan Josh and Dhansak, hot Madras and Jalfrezi. Try vegetarian main courses such as fresh Mango Curry or side dishes that use different and innovative ideas with potatoes, aubergines and okra. I have fish recipes such as Goan salmon steaks and a coconut fish curry or tuna in a mustard sauce. Make more exciting Dhal and pulse dishes or a delicious Raita, chutney and relishes. As a result of years of experimenting and perfecting I have been asked more and more to cater for events and to part with some of my precious recipes ………. and so my idea for COOK CURRY SURREY evolved.

The COOKERY CLASSES will show you how easy it is to create simple yet impressive and delicious dishes in no time at all. I want to equip you with the knowledge of the basic ingredients, sourcing these items quickly, easily and cheaply. I want to teach you how to produce maximum flavour in the minimum time with plenty of fun and inspiration to try more recipes.

The DELIVERY SERVICE for ENTERTAINING will take away all the hassle of cooking and enable you to cater for a small or larger event with freshly made Indian cuisine delivered to you for you to serve to your guests.

The SUPPER & LUNCH PARTIES offer an excellent and different way of socialising with friends. I will demonstrate to your lunch or dinner guests how the recipes are cooked, serve your guests and leave you all to enjoy it. Each guest will take home the recipe cards so they can try it for themselves.
